snickerdoodles & scarecrows~

every tuesday i go to a knitting group
at our local library
cookie baking is part of my tuesday ritual
as knitting and cookie eating go hand in hand
more often than not
we eat as much as we knit
this week the cookie of choice
is snickerdoodles
this particular recipe is from my
daughter in law
ashlie
she has a sweet little blog and
i'm sure she would love a visit from you

Mmmmm, snickerdoodles are one of my favorites! I will go see her recipe, thank you.

Your photos look so pretty and fall-ish, the golden wheat is beautiful.

Thank you for visiting today:)

Yum! I haven't made snickerdoodles since I was a kid!

You were curious about the tomatoes over at my place. They are wapsipinican Peach tomatoes. So pretty and really yummy, a good producer too. http://www.seedsavers.org/Details.aspx?itemNo=1058

We got too much rain this summer so, our tomatoes didn't do that well. We got just a small harvest compared to other years.
