pita"better than potato chips" tutorial

        *~*preheat oven to 400*~*

1 package whole wheat pita pockets
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 clove garlic~minced
kosher salt
fresh ground pepper
parmesan cheese

cut each pita pocket in to eight sections and split apart
lay the sections on a cookie sheet
(you'll need two sheets)
mix the basil and garlic with the olive oil
brush each section with the olive oil mixture
sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper

bake for 7-9 minutes
or until slightly golden
sprinkle with parmesan cheese
allow to cool

serve with guacomole or bean dip and enjoy!
